Big Easy Shrimp a la Creole




  1. In a heavy pot, melt butter over medium heat. Saute onions, bell pepper, celery and garlic until translucent.
  2. Stir in tomatoes, seasonings, Worcestershire and choice of liquid. Cook for 30 minutes on medium low stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in shrimp and cook until shrimp turn pink, about 10 minutes.
  4. Season to taste and serve over rice.
