Big Easy Shrimp a la Creole
- In a heavy pot, melt butter over medium heat. Saute onions, bell pepper, celery and garlic until translucent.
- Stir in tomatoes, seasonings, Worcestershire and choice of liquid. Cook for 30 minutes on medium low stirring occasionally.
- Stir in shrimp and cook until shrimp turn pink, about 10 minutes.
- Season to taste and serve over rice.
